Good product but poor delivery system

The item suffered a serious delay in delivery because of the selected courier service (Aramex).
XP-Pen staff were quite helpful through it all, but it would not have been necessary had they shipped using DHL.
The product itself is perfect.
Would recommend it for anyone looking for a pen tablet.

The customs clearance policy varies from different regions and we are not clear if your local customs needs to pay extra taxes or fees.You can call them to inquiry.
Usually,after the package arrives your customs, the customs will notify you of customs clearance and tax payment by text message or email.You just need to follow the instructions of the them.
